papad is a famous vegetarian side dish hugely popular in India.

  • 2 cup Rice flour
  • 1/4 Cup Sago flour sabudana flour
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Cumin Jeera Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Take a deep-bottomed mixing bowl and add sattu, gram flour, chili powder, thymol seeds, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric and salt.

Pour in water in the mixture and knead it into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small equal size portions.

heat refined oil in a deep-bottomed pan on medium flame and transfer the prepared papad in it. Deep fry the papad until it becomes crispy. Transfer it on a tissue to remove excess oil. Serve hot or store it.
